What is free, and what you can buy
You always see a free result first. There are two paid products, each a one-off purchase: a €29 Career Move Report for individuals and a €950 Role Decision Brief for teams. No subscription is on sale, and checkout is not open yet.

One product answers one workforce decision: whether to hire, develop or redefine one role or topic in one country, with the postings we reviewed, the totals behind every figure and the limits stated next to them.

How we get our numbers
Every figure comes from public job postings we reviewed. Shares compare a skill with all postings reviewed that month; salaries are only the ones employers state, converted to an annual EUR-equivalent; a median needs 30 stated salaries. Read the full method.
